Sega Light Phaser to Atari 7800 Light Gun adaptor

I created this updated diagram based on 133Mhz work as I needed to make it clearer for myself before building it. The diagram "133Mhz" used looked different from his actual build. The version below definitely works for me and I hope it makes it slightly clearer for anyone else building it.

This is my finished adaptor. Unfortunately the casing is too big to plug into the Atari 7800 so I need to get a different casing but I'm happy it works at least.
